Telluride Downtown Condo Sales up 13% for November 2018

Condo sales in Telluride have risen by $1. 4 million in November of this year, a 13% increase compared to November 2017.

Foreclosures in Telluride Colorado down in 2013!

index Telluride and Mountain Village resort real estate markets have been on the mend since the lows of 2009 with regard to housing sales. While fewer foreclosures is usually a precursor for rising real estate prices, there are still good values to be found in both the Telluride and Mountain Village property listings for sale. As total real estate sales for both Telluride and Mountain Village were down slightly in 2013 compared with 2012, those listing real estate for sale at increased prices based on 2012's momentum have had to make a correction in the list price versus sold price to get the properties sold in 2013.

Telluride Community Pool Renovation to Start in August 2014

The first phase of the renovation project is expected to include pool replacement, an upgraded bathhouse facilities, landscaping, updated storage facilities and mechanical rooms. The second phase of the project will include a zero-entry family pool to accommodate for the little ones.

Telluride 2013-14 winter season kicks off December 18th

The excellent snow conditions in Telluride has many people visiting for pre-Christmas skiing and vacation rental companies have experienced a much higher occupancy rate as compared with this time last year. Telluride ski resort has one of the highest bases in Colorado surpassing popular ski resorts like Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone. Although snowmaking machines are still working around-the-clock to ensure the safety of Telluride skiers throughout the early season, the entire ski resort and all lifts are currently open for skiing.
